Arran Whisky, an independently owned distillery on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, has been producing exceptional whisky since 1994. As the brand grew in popularity, they needed a digital partner to help engage their expanding audience of whisky enthusiasts. Our task was to create a website that reflected the brand, supported eCommerce, and executed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth.

Our agile approach

Initially launched as a simple eCommerce platform, the site has continuously evolved to meet the client’s growing needs. Over time, we’ve introduced a range of new features to support their expanding business model, including:

- Ballot System: Ensuring fair distribution of highly sought-after releases
- White Stag Community Membership: Offering exclusive benefits like discounts, early access, and member-only products
- Country-Specific VAT Adjustments: Automatically adjusting prices for international customers
- Miniature Marketing System: Recommending samples to pair with purchases, encouraging full-size bottle sales
- Integrated Stock Management: Seamless coordination with a third-party fulfilment system
